This single malt, the core of the Auchroisk range and its sole official bottling, was released in the Flora and Fauna series in 2001, having previously been marketed as The Singleton of Auchroisk. It presents a light scent with a playful zestiness, accompanied by hints of crème anglaise, cut grass, and a delectable nuttiness. The taste is notably sweet with a pleasant softness, while the aftertaste reveals soft, dry green cereal notes.
