This particular whisky is made by taking fully matured Elijah Craig Small Batch bourbon and enhancing it with a finish in toasted and charred new European oak barrels, resulting in more pronounced, bolder, and spicier flavours. The aroma exudes rich caramel, cinnamon, vanilla, marmalade, toasted wood, and baked apples.
