25ml Fresh lime juice
25ml Simple sugar syrup
Soda water
3 slices of cucumber
In a highball glass filled with cubed ice, combine all the ingredients. Stir gently, top up with a splash of soda water, and garnish with three thin rounds of cucumber (feel free to use four if you prefer, but three looks quite nice, in our opinion).
