The Busker Single Malt

Here, we present The Busker Single Malt, crafted at the Royal Oak Distillery in County Carlow. It undergoes maturation in both bourbon and sherry casks, which imparts a harmonious blend of fruit, earthy, and malt-forward flavours to the whiskey. Ideal for sipping and savouring in a classic cocktail. On the nose, it offers aromas of candied orange, dried apple, digestive biscuits, tobacco, and apricot jam. The palate reveals notes of chocolate-dipped banana, raisins, new leather, and cinnamon buns. The finish lingers with flavours of banana custard and sweet cereals.
